Orders & Shipping
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send the tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking is sent by email, so that shipping confirmation is the best place to follow your package.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, send us your order number and we’ll take a look for you.
Most standard orders arrive about 2–7 business days after they ship. Delivery timing can vary a little depending on where you live and which carrier is handling the package.
Need it faster? Expedited shipping is $12.99 and typically arrives in 1–3 business days after shipment. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
You’ll always see the available shipping options and cost before you place your order. |
No worries if one box beats the others to your door. Larger orders can ship in more than one package, and each package may have its own tracking email.
Check all of the tracking emails tied to your order. If part of the order stops moving or doesn’t arrive, send us the order number and we’ll help track down the rest.
First, check the delivery photo or notes in your tracking email, then take a quick look around the delivery area. It also helps to check with anyone else at the address, a front desk or mailroom, and nearby neighbors if that applies.
Carrier scans can occasionally show “delivered” a little before the package is actually handed off. If you still can’t locate it, reach out with your order number and we’ll review the tracking with you.
That’s not how your Super Coffee should show up. Send us your order number and a quick note about what arrived. Photos are especially helpful for damaged packages, leaking cans or bottles, or an incorrect product.
Once we have the details, we’ll review the order and help with the right next step, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another solution.
Reach out as soon as you can. If the order hasn’t moved too far into processing, we may still be able to update the shipping address or cancel it.
Once an order has already shipped, we can’t change or cancel it from our side. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to reroute the package or have it returned through the tracking link in your shipping email.
Subscriptions, Savings & Payments
Subscriptions are an easy way to keep your favorite Super Coffee coming without having to reorder every time. Your first subscription order is 25% off, and future subscription orders are 15% off.
There’s no membership fee. You can change the timing, skip an order, swap products, update your payment method, change your shipping address, or cancel whenever you need to.
There are a few good ways to save, depending on how you like to shop.
• New to Super Coffee and placing a one-time order? Sign up for our email list to receive 15% off your first one-time order.
• Subscribe to a product and get 25% off your first subscription order, then 15% off future subscription orders.
• We run limited-time sales and offers throughout the year, so keep an eye on drinksupercoffee.com and your Super Coffee emails.
Your first subscription order gets our introductory 25% discount. After that, recurring subscription orders receive the standard 15% subscription savings.
That means your second order can cost a little more than your first even though the subscription discount is still active. If a total ever looks off, send us a note and we’ll gladly review it with you.
Open your subscription, choose the upcoming order you want to change, and either skip it or move the next order date. Making the change before the order processes gives you the most flexibility.
If it already processed, contact us right away. We’ll check whether it can still be stopped.
Want to mix things up? Open your subscription and swap the product or flavor before the next order processes.
If you have more than one subscription, double-check that you’re editing the right one before saving. If you’d rather have us help, tell us what you want to receive instead.
You can cancel anytime from the Manage My Subscription page. Once it’s canceled, no future recurring orders will process.
One important note: canceling the subscription does not automatically cancel an order that already processed. If you just received an order confirmation and need help, reach out as soon as possible.
Open your subscription and use the secure account link to update your card or the shipping address for future orders. For your security, please don’t send payment information by email.
If an order already processed with an old address, contact us right away so we can check whether it can still be changed before it ships.
If a subscription item is temporarily unavailable, the timing may move until it’s ready again. If your order includes more than one product, the available items may ship separately while the unavailable item stays active for a future order.
You can also switch to something that’s in stock, move your next order date, or cancel. We’re happy to help if you’d rather not make the changes yourself.
Subscription pricing already includes its own savings, so promo codes are generally for one-time orders and do not stack with subscription discounts unless the offer specifically says otherwise.
If you have a code and aren’t sure where it applies, send it our way before ordering and we’ll help you figure it out.
Easy. Open the Manage My Subscription page, enter the email address you used for your subscription, and we’ll send you a secure link to access it. There’s no password to remember.
If the page says there’s no subscription under that email, try any other email address you may have used at checkout. Still stuck? Send us a message and we’ll help find it.
Returns, Refunds & Product Help
We want your first order directly from drinksupercoffee.com to be a great one. If there’s an issue with that first order*, reach out and we’ll gladly help with a refund or replacement through our Positive Energy Promise.
Send us the order number and a quick note about what happened. If the issue is with the product itself, include the product and flavor too so we can look into it.
*Refund applies to one case from a customer’s first order. Additional cases, repeat orders, subscriptions, shipping fees, and taxes may not be eligible.
Good news: the store where you purchased it should be able to help with a refund or replacement. Because the retailer processed the payment, we don’t have access to that transaction and can’t refund an individual store purchase directly from our side.
We still want to know if something wasn’t right. Send us the product and flavor, the store and city, plus the best-by date and the batch details printed on the side of the bottle or bottom of the can. That helps our team review the exact production batch.
We’re happy to help with product questions or concerns from an Amazon order. Send us a message with what happened, your Amazon order number, the product and flavor, and the product information printed on the package, including the best-by date and batch details.
If something seems noticeably different from what you expected, don’t keep drinking that container. Send us a message so we can take a closer look with you.
Please include the product and flavor, where you bought it, the best-by date, and all of the batch details printed on the side of the bottle or bottom of the can. Photos or a short video are helpful too. If it was ordered online, include the order number.
You don’t need to know any special product codes. Just look for the printed best-by date and the other letters and numbers printed with it.
On bottles, you’ll usually find that information on the side of the bottle near the best-by date. On cans, it’s typically printed on the bottom. Send us everything that’s printed there so we can tie your experience back to the exact production batch.

Not before you open it. Our ready-to-drink Super Coffee is shelf-stable, so unopened bottles, cans, and cartons can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
Most unopened Super Coffee has a shelf life of about 10–12 months. Once opened, refrigerate it and enjoy it within 7–10 days. Always follow the best-by date and storage directions printed on your package.
